Siluanov to oversee financial, economic policy in government

GORKI, Moscow Region, May 28 (PRIME) -- Russian First Deputy Prime Minister, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov will oversee the entire financial and economic policy in the government, including national projects on small businesses, employment and international cooperation, according to a document signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on Monday.

Siluanov will also oversee state regulation of production and sales of alcohol-containing products.

Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova will oversee national programs on demographic situation, healthcare, education and science.

Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Gordeyev will oversee implementation of a national project in the environmental sphere, as well as use of national resources, environment protection, and the agricultural complex.

Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak will oversee the industrial complex, the fuel and energy complex, technical regulation and oversight.

Deputy Prime Minister Yury Trutnev will be in charge of the social and economic development of Russia’s Far East and Arctic development.

Deputy Prime Minister Maxim Akimov will oversee implementation of the digital economy national program and a national project to create safe and high-quality highways, as well as transport, communications, and innovations.

Deputy Prime Minister Konstantin Chuichenko will oversee planning of the government work, control over fulfillment of decisions and effectiveness of the work of federal government bodies.

Deputy Prime Minister Vitaly Mutko will be in charge of construction and the housing and utilities sector, as well as development of regions.
